If you're internet speed is higher than 3 Megabits per second it's high enough to stream a single video. If other people are on your network their usage will affect the speed as well.

Cookies and cache are temporary files on your computer that are supposed to make things faster and easier but from time to time they need to be cleared out as websites are updated.
Third, make sure your internet browser is up to date.
Type into Google the name of your browser and the word "update" to check for updates, then follow the instructions. For example, type "Google Chrome Update" into google if you're using Chrome.
