- Make sure that the lead form you're using in the Facebook Ad is connected to the correct trigger in The Follow Up Ninja
- Go to business.facebook.com and Click on Business Settings
- On the left menu, click on Integrations > Leads Access
- Make sure that the Page in question is in Default settings
- If not, click the button to Restore Default Access
- Confirm the Restore
- Refresh the page to make sure the Restore finished
- Test your lead form again
