How do I set someone to Do Not Disturb (DND)?

*IMPORTANT* Putting a contact on DND will remove them from ALL ACTIVE CAMPAIGNS

The DND feature is good to use when:

Someone asks to stop recieving messages

You are making adjustments to their appointment/calendar and you don't want them to get the automated confirmation, in which case you turn on DND and then turn it back off.

You can access DND in two ways:

Conversations Tab

Click on the conversation of the person you are trying to set DND for

On the right side, under their contact info there is a DND box, click the circle. Green indicates they are set and DND is active

Contact View

Click "contacts" on the left menu. 

Search for the contact.

Click on the contact's name

On the new screen, scroll down on the contact's info on the left.

The DND Option is toward the middle, simply select the circle turn on/off DND (green indicates DND is active)
